An exclusive look at One Great George Street’s 2019 menu

One Great George Street is giving event professionals a sneak peak of its 2019 catering menu.

As an independent venue with its own state-of-the-art kitchen and in-house catering team, One Great George Street has the freedom to purchase from specialist suppliers daily and prides itself on its approach to sustainability, accessibility and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Its 2019 menu continues to include its most popular dishes with classics like its famous Mini beef Wellington canapés of which its Executive Chef David Wilkinson has served an unbelievable 110,000 over 18 years of service!

The venue also has a few new tricks up its sleeve in response to changing market demand. For example, the venue’s in-house wine expert has opted to swap its house wines for sustainable, organic, biodynamic and vegan varieties from Spain.

You’ll also notice the menu is peppered with an array of innovative and interesting dairy free (DF), gluten free (DF), vegetarian (V) and vegan (Vg) options to ensure happy tastebuds all-round.

While the option to go bespoke is still offered, carefully composed menu packages designed to suit most budgets and tastes offer a headache-free alternative for time-poor event organisers.
