A historic building with an enviable position in central London, 195 Piccadilly is a first-class venue that presents state-of-the-art facilities for events and hospitality. Our highly dedicated and professional team delivers an exceptional service to all our guests.

For screenings and presentations, the 227 capacity Princess Anne Theatre is a fully equipped auditorium with 3D capability. The David Lean Room is often used in conjunction with the theatre and provides a light and spacious reception area, overlooking the garden of St James’s Church in the heart of Piccadilly.

Additionally there are three meeting rooms, including the Boardroom, the Gallery and the Run Run Shaw Theatre, a versatile space that can be transformed into an intimate screening room for up to 44 people.

BAFTA 195 Piccadilly offers outstanding British food prepared by Head Chef Anton Manganaro, using local suppliers and BAFTA partners. From a grand dinner to imaginative canapés, Anton and his team create inspiring and unique menus.

From July 2019, BAFTA 195 Piccadilly will be closed for an extensive redevelopment. During this time we invite you to explore our new home from home. ‘BAFTA Piccadilly’ at 194 Piccadilly, literally next door.

Housed over two floors, the ground floor will stage a rotating exhibition curated by our in-house archive team, giving an opportunity to share our love of the art form of the moving image, alongside a daytime food and beverage offer.  This space is ideal for stand-up receptions, intimate celebrations and product launches.

The lower ground floor is a truly spectacular space, featuring an open kitchen as well as projection capabilities which is perfect for gala dinners, award ceremonies and parties.

Both spaces can be hired during the evenings and are suitable for events for up to 350 people.
