116 Pall Mall has begun work on restoring its resplendent and most popular event space – the Nash Room.

This eye-catching room is famous for its turquoise walls, contrasted against pale pink and gold detailing and of course, the floor to ceiling royal portraits framed in gold.

Five of the portraits are being renovated by the Crown Estate, restoring them back to their former glory. The room is being repainted, the faux marble is being removed and the whole room will be refreshed ready for 1 September.

The Nash Room is the largest event space at 116 Pall Mall. Luxurious in style and steeped in grandeur, this 3,000 sq ft space comfortably welcomes 350 seated guests in conference style and 250 dining on round tables. It’s extremely versatile and has played host to numerous fashion shows, exhibitions and awards ceremonies.

In addition to this, 116 Pall Mall is also updating its reception area, installing £50k worth of new furniture, including plush new seating and a 50-inch 4k digital screen to inform clients of what’s on in the building.

The St James 1 & 2 rooms also recently underwent refurbishment, with redecoration to brighten up the spaces.
