  3. Checking availability and pricing
  4. Proposing your venue to win business
  5. Conversion tactics
  6. Sales leads and referrals
  7. Booking management
  8. Event coordination
  9. Follow up
  • Assessments and 1-1’s to ensure delegates hit the industry standards.
  • Participants receive certification upon completion.
  • We teach in small learning groups to a maximum of 10 people in any workshop giving you the opportunity to talk through current issues.
  • The course is completed over 12 weeks including introduction, 9 modules and assessment.
