Membership Criteria

Full Members

 

  • Eligibility for Full Membership: - Conference, Exhibition, Corporate Hospitality and Banqueting venues, Hotels, Attractions and Restaurants (must have venue space).
  • Membership should add to and compliment the Collection.
  • Member's should be located within Westminster.
  • Member's should refer business between themselves.
  • Commitment to contribute to annual and other research to evaluate and indicate the leads and actual business that has resulted.
  • Must enable Hotlink from their website to TWC site.
  • Membership fee to be paid on time annually at due date according to Board approval.
  • Be committed to submitting case studies, press releases and information to the TWC e-newsletters during each year.
  • To be responsible for checking their own pages on the website to ensure it is correct.
  • To participate in the Westminster Collection Showcases.
  • To organise a member's FAM trip as soon after joining, as possible.
  • Attendance at quarterly member's meetings.
  • No caterers permitted.
  • Hotels only allowed if assurance can be supplied in writing that referrals will not pass to others in the chain or via agencies.

 

Associate Members

 

  • Is able to demonstrate what they can bring to the Membership in terms of services or other to the equal amount being made by each full member on an annual basis
  • Must enable Hotlink from their website to TWC site
  • To be responsible for checking pages on their website to ensure it is correct
  • To participate in the Westminster Collection Showcase
  • Attendance at quarterly meetings
  • No caterers permitted
  • Associate Membership to be reviewed on a yearly basis
